Zusammenfassung

Estrel Berlin sucht eine/n IT-affine/n Veranstaltungsmitarbeiter/in zur Unterstützung bei Tagungen, Großveranstaltungen, Messen und technischen Events. Sie betreuen den reibungslosen IT-Betrieb vor Ort, bereiten Geräte vor, verkabeln und unterstützen gegebenenfalls die IT-Abteilung.

Qualifikationen

• IT-Affinität, technisches Grundverständnis und IT-Grundkenntnisse sind erforderlich.
• Körperliche Belastbarkeit und Höhentauglichkeit werden vorausgesetzt.
• Gute Deutschkenntnisse sind wünschenswert.

Aufgaben

• Veranstaltungsbetreuung: IT-bezogene Unterstützungsleistungen während laufender Veranstaltungen.
• Vor- und Nachbereitung von Veranstaltungen: Aufbau/Abbau von IT-Equipment, Verkabelung.
• IT-Dienstleistungen: ggf. Unterstützung der IT-Abteilung bei Projekten.

Ihre Aufgaben:

Sie sind verantwortlich für den reibungslosen Ablauf bei unterschiedlichen Veranstaltungen und spannenden Events, wie z.B. Tagungen, Großveranstaltungen, Messen oder technischen Events. Im Detail könnten Sie folgende Dienste übernehmen:

• Veranstaltungsbetreuung: IT bezogene Unterstützungsleistungen während laufender Veranstaltungen
• Vor- und Nachbereitung von Veranstaltungen: Aufbau / Abbau von IT-Equipment, Verkabelung
• IT-Dienstleistungen: ggf. Unterstützung der IT-Abteilung bei diversen Projekten (je nach Qualifikation, Eignung)

• IT-Affinität, technisches Grundverständnis, IT-Grundkenntnisse Höhentauglichkeit
• Flexibilität und Motivation (Einsatzmöglichkeit 24/7)
• Gute Deutschkenntnisse
• Gute Umgangsformen und ein gepflegtes Äußeres
• körperliche Belastbarkeit
• Hebebühnenschein von Vorteil, ist aber nicht Bedingung und kann bei uns erworben werden
