HEIDELBERG bietet eine Ausbildung zum Packmitteltechnologen/Packmitteltechnologin (m/w/d) an. Die Ausbildungsdauer beträgt in der Regel drei Jahre, eine Verkürzung auf 2,5 Jahre ist möglich.

Ausbildungsstandort ist 69168 Wiesloch-Walldorf. Im Rahmen der Ausbildung entwickeln, fertigen und prüfen Sie Verpackungen aus Papier, Karton, Pappe und Kunststoff, planen Materialbedarf und Fertigungsabläufe, bedienen Produktionsanlagen und führen Qualitätsprüfungen durch.

Qualifications

• Schulische Voraussetzungen: Ab mittlerem Bildungsabschluss.
• Fortgeschrittenes Deutsch-Sprachniveau (mindestens B2) und gute Englischkenntnisse.
• PC-Kenntnisse und technisches Verständnis sind erforderlich.

Responsibilities

• Entwicklung, Gestaltung und Herstellung von Verpackungen aus Papier, Karton, Pappe und Kunststoff.
• Planung von Materialbedarf und Fertigungsabläufen in der Produktion.
• Bedienung, Steuerung und Überwachung von Maschinen sowie von Steuerungs-, Regel- und Messeinrichtungen.
• Durchführung von Qualitätsprüfungen, Dokumentation der Ergebnisse und Einleitung von Verbesserungsmaßnahmen.

Was macht ein Packmitteltechnologe? Packmitteltechnologen (m/w/d) entwickeln, gestalten und fertigen Verpackungen aus Papier, Karton, Pappe und Kunststoff. Dabei stellen sie sicher, dass die Verpackungen den Produktinhalt optimal schützen und gleichzeitig eine ansprechende Präsentation sowie eine werbewirksame Gestaltung gewährleisten. Bei der Entwicklung berücksichtigen sie neben den funktionalen Anforderungen auch wirtschaftliche und ökologische Aspekte sowie die individuellen Vorgaben der Kunden. Mithilfe spezieller Hard- und Software übernehmen, bearbeiten, transferieren und konvertieren sie Daten, erstellen am Computer beispielsweise Stanzkonturen und fertigen Muster oder Prototypen an, die sie prüfen und mit den Kunden abstimmen. In der Produktion planen Packmitteltechnologen den Materialbedarf und die Fertigungsabläufe, wählen geeignete Materialien und Herstellungsverfahren aus und richten die Produktionsanlagen entsprechend ein. Sie bedienen, steuern und überwachen Maschinen sowie Steuerungs-, Regel- und Messeinrichtungen und sorgen für einen störungsfreien Produktionsprozess. Darüber hinaus kontrollieren und optimieren sie die Fertigung unter Berücksichtigung von Qualitätsstandards, Hygienevorschriften sowie wirtschaftlichen und umweltbezogenen Anforderungen. Zur Qualitätssicherung führen sie Mess- und Prüftätigkeiten durch, dokumentieren die Ergebnisse und leiten bei Bedarf Verbesserungsmaßnahmen ein. Auch die Durchführung von Inspektionen sowie Wartungs- und Instandhaltungsarbeiten an den Produktionsanlagen gehört zu ihrem Aufgabenbereich.
