Zusammenfassung

XALT is seeking an Atlassian Consultant in Munich to help clients optimize collaboration using Jira, Confluence and related tools. You will analyze requirements, design solutions and build digital workplaces based on Confluence.

You will configure Jira workflows, lead projects and coordinate internal teams to extend Atlassian tools with apps. Fluent English and German are required, with a customer‑centric mindset and strong teamwork.

Qualifikationen

• Degree in (business) computer science, business administration or a comparable qualification.
• Minimum 3 years of hands‑on experience with Atlassian products like Jira and Confluence.
• Minimum 3 years of project experience working with clients.
• Curiosity and enthusiasm for understanding and improving processes and systems; service and customer orientation are a given.
• High quality awareness, dedication and an independent working style.
• Communication skills and enjoyment of teamwork.
• Fluent English and German
• Ideally, Atlassian certification or interest in it, as well as several years of practical administration experience with Jira, Confluence or other Atlassian tools (Bitbucket, Bamboo), and experience managing projects independently.
