Zusammenfassung

XALT is seeking an Atlassian Consultant to help clients optimise collaboration and agile workflows using Jira, Confluence and related tools. You will design solutions, configure Jira workflows, and coordinate internal teams to extend Atlassian platforms.

The role involves working with German and international clients, with hybrid work options and opportunities for certification and professional growth within a forward-looking IT company.

Qualifikationen

• Requires degree in business IT or related field.
• Minimum 3 years hands-on experience with Jira and Confluence.
• Minimum 3 years of project experience working with clients.
• Strong process improvement mindset and customer orientation.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• German and English proficiency (fluent).
• Ideally Atlassian certification or interest in it; admin experience with Jira/Confluence/Bamboo/Bitbucket.

As an Atlassian Consultant at XALT, you will support organizations in optimizing their collaboration and agile processes with Atlassian tools. We help our clients on their journey toward digital transformation and a modern workplace.

Tasks

• Support clients in establishing agile and collaborative working practices and advise them on the right Atlassian products for their collaboration and work processes.
• Analyse and specify business requirements, processes and concepts and create solution designs.
• Build collaborative intranets based on Confluence (e.g., digital workplaces).
• Configure workflows in Jira to digitise and automate business processes.
• Manage projects and coordinate our internal development team to extend Atlassian tools with apps and macros.

Requirements

• Degree in (business) computer science, business administration or a comparable qualification.
• Minimum 3 years of hands‑on experience with Atlassian products like Jira and Confluence.
• Minimum 3 years of project experience working with clients.
• Curiosity and enthusiasm for understanding and improving processes and systems; service and customer orientation are a given.
• High quality awareness, dedication and an independent working style.
• Communication skills and enjoyment of teamwork.
• Fluent English and German
• Ideally, Atlassian certification or interest in it, as well as several years of practical administration experience with Jira, Confluence or other Atlassian tools (Bitbucket, Bamboo), and experience managing projects independently.
