Zusammenfassung

Jobtailor is seeking an experienced Atlassian Consultant to help clients implement agile collaboration using Jira and Confluence, document requirements, and design effective solutions.

You will configure Jira workflows, build Confluence-based intranets, and coordinate our development team to extend Atlassian tools, while working with clients in a German-English environment.

Qualifikationen

• Hands-on experience with Jira and Confluence for 3+ years.
• Proven ability to analyze business requirements and document processes.
• Experience managing client projects and coordinating cross-functional teams.
• Fluency in German and English; Atlassian certification preferred.

Requirements

• Degree in (business) computer science, business administration or equivalent qualification.
• At least 3 years of hands‑on experience with Atlassian products such as Jira and Confluence.
• At least 3 years of project experience working directly with clients.
• Curiosity and enthusiasm for understanding and improving processes and systems; strong service and customer orientation.
• High quality awareness, commitment and an independent working style.
• Strong communication skills and enjoyment of teamwork.
• Fluent German and English.
• Ideally Atlassian certification or willingness to obtain one, plus several years of practical administration experience with Jira, Confluence or other Atlassian tools (Bitbucket, Bamboo), and experience managing projects independently.
