4flow is seeking a research-focused team member to advance supply chain management research and develop innovative digitalization solutions in Berlin or Hamburg. The role is initially limited to 3 years and focuses on research-driven analytics, mathematical modeling, and AI-enabled design.

You will work on practical topics connected to research, collaborating across teams, and contributing to adaptive, agile processes within a dynamic European setting.

Qualifikationen

• You hold a Master's or Diploma degree in a relevant field.
• Strong technical skills in mathematical modeling, simulation or optimization.
• Proficiency in Python and common scientific computing and machine learning libraries, combined with a strong interest in and first practical experience with modern AI technologies such as RAG and AI agents.
• A passion for solving complex supply chain management and logistics problems, complemented by initial practical experience in the field.
• You're self-driven, eager to learn and ready to bring innovative ideas to the table.

• Contribute to pioneering research projects and help to define tomorrow's supply chain strategies.
