A leading aerospace company in Neu-Isenburg is looking for an Associate Software Engineer to define and design flight deck interfaces for commercial airplanes. The role involves collaboration with engineers and pilots to ensure effective and safe design. Required qualifications include a relevant Bachelor's degree and fluency in English. This position does not offer relocation, and candidates must be authorized to work in Germany.

Our teams are currently hiring for a broad range of experience levels including Associate Software Engineer (Systems / Flight Deck) located in Neu – Isenburg who will join the team that crafts, tests, and certifies industry-leading, state‑of‑the‑art Flight Decks for Boeing Commercial Airplanes. From the seabed to outer space, you’ll learn and grow while contributing to work that shapes the world.
In Flight Deck you will define the look and feel of the interface for the pilots. You will be responsible for that design from conception to the end of its service life.

Relocation: This position does not offer relocation. Candidates must live in the immediate area or relocate at their own expense.
Additional Information (Germany Applicants): This requisition is for a locally hired position in Germany. The employer is Boeing Germany. Candidates must be legally authorized to work in Germany. Benefits and pay are determined by Germany and are not on Boeing US‑based payroll. This is not an expatriate assignment.
