Job summary

J.Crew Group (JCG) is seeking an Associate Manager to join our leadership team. You will help drive profitability by fostering authentic connections with customers, strengthening brand loyalty, and engaging the community.

• Ensure the team is always on track to exceed goals and provide best-in-class customer service.
• Come up with innovative ways to engage the community and build loyalty through events.

Job Summary

Hourly Range: $26.25 - $32.85
