You will collaborate across teams to craft profitable bids, define cost models, and drive successful negotiations.

The role requires 5+ years in IT service management or related fields, strong German language skills, and expertise in Microsoft 365.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years in IT service management, IT sourcing, or IT strategy (Digital Workplace Services preferred).
• Deep knowledge of IT governance, operating models, and IT financing.
• Ability to translate customer needs into scalable technical solutions.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in IT service management, IT sourcing, or IT strategy (preferably in the Digital Workplace Services area)
• Expertise with IT organizational models, IT governance, management and operating models and IT financing models
• Proven ability to design and build technical solutions based on customer requirements including understanding customer needs, analyzing complex problems, and proposing effective and scalable solutions
• In-depth understanding of various IT domains such as infrastructure management, cloud computing, networking, cybersecurity, and enterprise systems
• Excellent Microsoft M365 skills
• Excellent customer and presentation skills
• Excellent German (native speaker or C2 proficiency)
