We are partnering with an independent, employee-owned property consultancy to appoint an experienced Associate Director to join their growing Development Monitoring & Technical Due Diligence team.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Building Consultancy professional who enjoys combining technical expertise with client-facing advisory work.

You'll be working with banks, institutional investors, developers and lenders, delivering Technical Due Diligence and Development Monitoring services across a diverse range of real estate projects, including commercial offices, logistics, industrial, residential, life sciences and mixed-use developments.
