bunch is building the operating infrastructure for the next generation of private markets. We combine AI-powered automation with deep regulatory expertise to replace fragmented spreadsheets and manual processes with one integrated platform across the fund lifecycle.

As a Founders' Office team member, you will support high-priority projects, conduct market research, and maintain metrics and dashboards used by the Founders and leadership. Fluent English is required, German a plus.

Aufgaben

• Support high-priority projects by running analyses, preparing research, and coordinating inputs across teams.
• Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and opportunity assessments for strategic decisions.
• Maintain key metrics, dashboards, and reporting inputs for the Strategy team and Founders.
• Help prepare company-wide communications and all-hands materials to keep the organization informed.
• Identify patterns and surface insights, building a view of where the company should head and advocating it.
• Work with experienced operators and take on more responsibility as you grow.

bunch is building the backbone of private markets. We are enabling next-gen fund operations with one integrated system that combines secure data infrastructure, AI-powered workflows and expert fund services. As a member of the Founders' Office at bunch, you will work directly with the Founders on strategic projects that shape company decisions, while being exposed to every part of the business.

Your Role

• Support high-priority projects by running analyses, preparing research, and coordinating inputs across teams, taking ownership of smaller workstreams end-to-end as you ramp up
• Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and opportunity assessments that feed directly into strategic decisions
• Maintain key metrics, dashboards, and reporting inputs that the Strategy team relies on, with your work going directly to the Founders and leadership team
• Help prepare company-wide communications and all-hands materials that keep the organisation informed and aligned
• Identify patterns and surface insights proactively, building your own view of where bunch should be heading and making the case for it
• Work alongside experienced operators and quickly take on more responsibility as you grow

About You

• Up to 1 year of professional experience with strong internships at high-performing startups, consulting firms, or fast-paced environments. You've already proven you can deliver in demanding settings - whether that’s a startup where you did real work, a consulting analyst role, or building something of your own.
• You're analytically sharp. You can structure a problem, gather the right data, and turn it into a clear, actionable output. You're comfortable with numbers, and understand the difference between an insight and a data point.
• You're hungry, reliable, and low-ego. You pick things up fast, ask smart questions, and don't need to be told twice. You bring energy, and join with a strong growth-mindset.
• You know what you don't know - and you ask early rather than guessing. At the same time, you don't just flag problems; you come with a suggestion. You're developing the instinct for what matters and what doesn't, and you actively seek feedback to sharpen it.
• You reach for AI tools instinctively to research faster, stress-test your thinking, or get to a sharper output than you could alone. You understand AI's limits and check the work accordingly.
• Fluent English is required. German is a plus.
