As an Associate Application Specialist, you’ll get hands‑on with our AI‑powered Quinyx solutions, helping customers turn “this isn’t working” into “wow, that actually makes sense.” You’ll learn fast, talk to real humans (not just systems), fix things before they become big problems, and gradually become the person everyone trusts to calmly save the day — all while building a solid career in tech and having some fun along the way.

🧩 The Role

As an Associate Application Specialist, you start your journey to become an expert at an entry level. You will be the main point of contact for our clients and a trusted advisor that prove the value of their Quinyx solutions. You will be responsible for managing smaller projects and other types of work with Quinyx customers. Identifying client problems, requirements and constraints helps you to match & configure our solutions for our customers. You’ll be using our AI‑powered solutions to deliver more mature ways of working with our customers.

🔍 What you’ll do

• You will be trained to become an expert in our AI‑powered WFM suite. You will be responsible for implementing our products and solutions to meet client requirements, together with others in our Implementation.
• Gather functional and business requirements from clients and translate these into a functional solution design that meets the customer’s needs, provides solution value, and is within the scope of Quinyx’s products/services.
• Have an understanding of the system, being able to configure according to customer requirements.
• Troubleshoot and resolve configuration, system or data‑related issues.
• Manage technical aspects of the implementation projects regarding (design, configure, test & deploy) and support for customers using Quinyx API’s to create integrations.
• Lead meetings, building and driving a clear agenda, and documenting and communicating the outcomes - following the Quinyx project methodology.
• Work with the product management and development organisation to channel client feedback and solutions into future releases of the Quinyx product suite.
• Sometimes travel will be required to visit customers.
• Spread, establish and represent the unique Quinyx culture and our company values amongst your great colleagues, our amazing customers worldwide and wherever you go.

✅ We think you’ll thrive in this role if you have:

• Strong interest in, and some experience of implementing cloud‑based software solutions. Could be from a vendor or customer point of view.
• Consulting experience in managing and driving technical projects is a plus.
• Be analytical, a problem solver, solution‑oriented and able to eliminate obstacles through creative and adaptive thinking.
• Ability to develop working relationships externally and internally.
• Have a self‑starter attitude with the ability to quickly get up to speed on different concepts.
• Self‑driven and able to work independently.
• Speak fluent German and English.

If you also have the following, we consider it a plus:

• You have worked in WFM/HCM/Payroll.
• You speak additional European languages.
• There is a small tech‑geek that lives inside of you.
