As Assistant Store Manager at O’Neill, you’ll be the right hand of the Store Manager and jointly responsible for the daily success. You’ll lead the team, ensure an inspiring store experience, and work with your colleagues to achieve the sales targets. 💪

👥 Leading the team and creating a positive, energetic work atmosphere

📈 Actively contributing to achieving sales goals

🧑🏫 Recruiting, training and motivating staff to build a strong sales team

🧩 Implementing O’Neill guidelines for store layout and product display

📦 Managing inventory and admin in line with O’Neill standards

🛒 Planning and executing promotions and product changes

🏄♂️ Representing and protecting the O’Neill brand on the shop floor
