Job summary

Levi Strauss & Co. Osnabrück is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager in delivering excellent customer service, achieving KPI targets and ensuring smooth store operations. You will help coach the team, manage stock and payroll, and uphold the brand's denim heritage in daily actions.

You will take on responsibility in the Store Manager’s absence, maintain visual standards, and contribute to a positive, collaborative environment that celebrates ideas and change.

Qualifications

• Experience leading and developing a team in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Ability to drive KPIs and sales targets and manage stock, payroll and rotas.
• Strong customer service skills and brand representation.

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager in delivering KPI targets and profit opportunities.
• Set daily/weekly sales targets for the team and monitor performance.
• Monitor KPIs and report action plans to the Store Manager.
• Control costs and store operations including stock, admin and rota management.
• Motivate and coach the team through training and product knowledge.
• Cover store in Store Manager’s absence.
• Maintain visual standards across the store.
