Brammibal's Donuts is seeking an Assistant Shop Manager to help lead our front-of-house team in Berlin. You will work closely with the Shop Manager to run day-to-day operations, serve customers with a smile, and demonstrate donut and coffee expertise.

The role offers growth opportunities toward owning a shop, along with training and tools to support your development and a collaborative, cross-shop team environment.

Qualifikationen

• Previous experience in a supervisor position.
• Experience in the restaurant/hospitality/tourism industry.
• You love customer service and go out of your way to make each customer feel special.
• A love for donuts—knowing our product is key.
• Experience with Specialty Coffee or Barista skills would be a plus.
• Ability to speak English (some German would be a plus).
• Rote Karte Gesundheitsbelehrung (food hygiene knowledge) — can obtain after starting.
• Trustworthy, reliable and punctual.
• Love to work with people and be a hands-on problem-solver.

Aufgaben

• Lead daily floor shifts with your team, leading by example (coffee, service, cleanliness).
• Assist the Shop Manager in running your dedicated shop.
• Plan and order donut quantities.
• Keep track of store inventory.
• Handle shift planning.
• Train and onboard new team members.
• Provide feedback and training to the team.
• Enforce safety and hygiene rules.
• Participate in regular meetings with fellow Assistant Shop Managers.

At Brammibal's Donuts we're looking for Assistant Shop Managers (gn).

About The Job

As Assistant Shop Manager (gn) will assist the Shop Manager with the day-to-day running of your store, keeping a close eye on the financial performance, motivating and training your team to perform at a high level every day and most importantly lead by example.

As part of our FOH management team you are the face of Brammibal's Donuts. Serving our customers with a big smile, helping them with your donut-expertise and brewing the most delicious cup of coffee is the most important part of your job.

We are a growing company, so the goal of this position is to take on a shop of your own in the future. We will support you on this journey by providing you with the training and tools you need for the job.

All FOH team members should be open and flexible to support across our different shops when needed. We work as one team and support each other where it’s needed most, keeping things running smoothly across all locations.

Your Tasks

• Your daily drive is working regular floor shifts with your team leading by example (making coffee, customer service, cleaning).
• Assisting the Shop Manager in the running of your dedicated shop in the following ares:
• Planning and ordering of donut quantities.
• Keeping track of the inventory of your entire store.
• Shift planning.
• Training and onboarding new team members.
• Providing feedback and training to the existing team.
• Enforcing of work safety and hygiene rules.
• You participate in regular meetings with your fellow (Assistant) Shop Managers.

About You

• Full-time position with 37.5 hours per week; part-time (30 hours) also possible
• Full-time salary of EUR 2996,50 according to pay group 6
