Zusammenfassung

Keys Group is seeking an Assistant Psychologist to support clinical teams in embedding trauma-informed practice across children’s homes in Germany. You will assist qualified clinicians, contribute to therapeutic resources, and engage in CPD within the Keys Connect model.

The role focuses on developing reflective practice, ethics, supervision, and teamwork while meeting child and family needs in residential services. DBS checks are a standard requirement for the role.

Qualifikationen

• Degree in Psychology or equivalent/related field.
• Experience working with multidisciplinary teams.
• Driving licence and access to a vehicle.
• DBS disclosure may be required.

You'll support qualified clinicians to embed therapeutic, trauma-informed practice across homes in your region, using our Keys Connect model. About you You will work collaboratively with operations and other colleagues across Keys Group to support the embedding of high-quality therapeutic practices, meeting the needs of children and young people who live within our Children's Residential Services. The Assistant Psychologist role within Keys Group aims to provide core opportunities to develop in the following areas (in line with British Psychological Society Standards of Recruitment and Employment of Assistant Psychologists, June 2024):

• Developing knowledge of psychological formulation, assessment, intervention and evaluation

• Understanding key principles of equality, diversity and inclusion on a practice and knowledge level

Main Duties and Responsibilities

• Support the assessment and therapeutic care of children and young people, delivering psychological interventions under supervision and promoting the Keys Connect model.
• Assist with psychometric assessments, outcome measures, and the development of therapeutic resources and training.
• Contribute to service development, multidisciplinary working, and effective communication with partner agencies.
• Engage in regular clinical supervision, team meetings, and ongoing professional development.
• Apply evidence-based practice, support research activity where appropriate, and produce required reports and records.
• Work within professional, ethical, safeguarding, equality, and organisational policies, maintaining confidentiality at all times.
