EISELE GmbH, Teil der Hagedorn Unternehmensgruppe, sucht eine engagierte Person zur Baustellenkoordination in Hessen. Sie unterstützen den Bauleiter bei der täglichen Organisation von Hebeoperationen, koordinieren Kranführer, Teammitglieder und Subunternehmer und fungieren als zentrale Schnittstelle zum Kunden.

Sie koordinieren Personal und Material, überwachen Fortschritt und Sicherheit und arbeiten eng mit erfahrenen Bauleitern sowie Projektteams zusammen.

Qualifications

• Mind. zwei Jahre Erfahrung auf Baustellen, in Bauleitung, Logistik oder ähnlicher technischer Umgebung.
• Deutsch fließend in Wort und Schrift; Englischkenntnisse wünschenswert.
• Gute organisatorische Fähigkeiten und eigenverantwortliches Arbeiten.
• Bereitschaft zu Reisen zu Baustellen und Projekten.
• Führerschein Klasse B und Mobilität zur Erreichung von Einsatzorten.

Responsabilités

• Unterstützung des Bauleiters bei der täglichen Koordination von Baustellen und Hebeoperationen.
• Koordination von Kranführern, Hebeteams, Transportdienstleistern und Baubegleitern.
• Schnittstelle zwischen Bauleiter, Personal und Kunden.
• Überwachung des Baufortschritts, Sicherheit und termingerechte Ausführung.
• Organisation von Bauschulungen, Ausrüstungszustellung und Materialverfügbarkeit.

YOUR TASKS

• Site management: You support the construction manager in the day-to-day coordination of construction sites and lifting operations.
• People and equipment: You coordinate crane operators, lifting teams, transport providers and site personnel, and assist with daily planning.
• Point of contact: You act as the link between the Bauleiter, site personnel and customers.
• Progress and safety: You monitor progress on site and help ensure work is completed safely, on schedule and in line with company procedures.
• Organisation: You organise site inductions and equipment deliveries and make sure personnel, materials and equipment are available.
• Communication: You communicate with customers, subcontractors and project teams in German and English.

YOU BRING

• Experience: At least two years on construction sites, in construction, project coordination, logistics, crane operations or a similar technical environment; previous Bauleiter experience is not required.
• Languages: Fluent or very good written and spoken German and English.
• Organisation: Strong organisational skills to coordinate personnel and daily site activities, and you work independently and take responsibility.
• Approach: You solve problems directly on site and take an active role in daily operations rather than working mainly in an office.
• Communication: Confident and professional manner with customers and colleagues.
• Mobility: A valid Class B driving licence and willingness to travel to construction sites and projects when required.
