About The Role
As Assistant Creative Director (Germany), you’ll be a driving force behind our TV, social, and digital creative. Reporting to the Creative Director, you’ll bring storytelling, visual flair, and art direction to everything we produce while mentoring a small team of creatives and ensuring all work meets our brand standards.
You’ll collaborate with Marketing, Brand, Social, and Production to craft content that not only looks beautiful, but performs brilliantly from house campaigns to charity reveals and winner films.
This is a hands‑on role for a confident creative leader with strong art direction instincts, a love of story‑driven content, and the project management chops to bring big ideas to life on time and on brand.
