Aufgaben

• Implement the corporate Asset Security strategy and physical security standards across the assigned sites
• Collaborate closely with the central Asset Security, ISMS, and Corporate Security teams to introduce and further develop security policies, processes, and measures
• Advise and support local security representatives and operational organizations on all aspects of physical security
• Coordinate security risk assessments and monitor the implementation of agreed risk mitigation measures
• Support audits, assurance reviews, regulatory requirements, and compliance activities
• Manage security-related projects and protective measures, particularly in the areas of perimeter protection, access control, video surveillance, and security services
• Support the management of security incidents and crisis situations, including the identification and implementation of lessons learned
• Foster a sustainable security culture through guidance, training, and security awareness initiatives

The role serves as the key interface to local site security functions and ensures the effective implementation of security standards, regulatory requirements, and protective measures.
