Responsibilities
- Act as support to Senior Asset Managers by delivering independent analysis, recommendations, and decision support across all asset‑level matters
- Lead financial analysis and valuation activities, including complex cash‑flow modeling, lease scenario analysis, CapEx business cases, and long‑term asset performance forecasting using Forbury and Excel. Conduct detailed industry, market, and tenant research to support asset strategies and prepare investment memoranda.
- Proactively review governing documents – partnership agreements, loans, leases, etc. and monitor compliance and potential risks.
- Coordinate with external advisors, operating partners, and internal teams to ensure successful operation and execution at the asset‑level.
- Support the preparation of Investment Committee presentations and investor presentations.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Real Estate, Finance, or a related field of study from an accredited institution. Alternatively, any combination of education, training and experience that provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform the essential functions of the job.
- Work Experience: Minimum three years of experience in real‑estate management or finance.
- Language Proficiency: Exceptional written and verbal communication in German and English.
Skills
- Strong financial modelling skills with meticulous attention to detail/accuracy with numbers.
- Experience with real‑estate fundamentals; valuation experience is preferred.
- Ability to communicate complex, abstract messages in a simple, clear manner and excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Able to collaborate at all levels of seniority.
