KLA sucht eine qualifizierte Fachkraft für die Endmontage und Inbetriebnahme elektronischer Systeme in Deutschland. Sie installieren Systemrechner, spielen Systemimages auf und integrieren diese in komplexe Messsysteme. Sie führen strukturierte Tests durch und beheben Probleme in Abstimmung mit Entwicklung und Qualität.

Sie arbeiten eigenständig, strukturiert und verantwortungsbewusst, unterstützen Neuanläufe sowie Produktänderungen und tragen zur kontinuierlichen Lean-Verbesserung bei.

Qualifikationen

• Abgeschlossene techn. Ausbildung im Elektronikbereich oder vergleichbar.
• Praxis in Inbetriebnahme, Fertigung, Test oder Reparatur elektronischer Systeme.
• Gute Windows-Kenntnisse, Grundkenntnisse in Linux von Vorteil.

Aufgaben

• Installation und Konfiguration von Systemrechnern (Windows/Linux) in der Endmontage.
• Aufspielen definierter Systemimages und Integration in Messsysteme.
• Durchführung von Funktions- und Systemtests gemäß Prüfplänen und Dokumentation.
• Analyse und Behebung von Hard- und Softwarefehlern auf Systemebene in Abstimmung mit Entwicklung/Qualität.
• Mitarbeit bei Neuanläufen und Produktänderungen in enger Zusammenarbeit mit der Entwicklung.
• Umarbeiten und Inbetriebnahme von elektronischen Baugruppen nach technischen Vorgaben.
• Aktive Mitwirkung bei Lean-Gesichtspunkten zur Endmontage- und Inbetriebnahmeoptimierung.

What You'll Do

In this role, you will play a key part in advancing business priorities by delivering high-impact work across your area of expertise.

• Lead and evolve global electrical engineering standards, specifications, and design guidelines across a diverse facilities portfolio.
• Review electrical designs for capital projects, infrastructure upgrades, and critical facility improvements to support consistency, quality, and compliance.
• Guide technical strategy for power distribution, UPS, generators, transfer systems, and other critical power infrastructure.
• Partner with cross‑functional teams to improve resiliency, operational readiness, and long‑term facility performance.
• Support renewable energy and electrification initiatives, including solar, battery storage, EV charging, and utility coordination where relevant.
• Translate technical requirements into clear standards, design guidance, and executive‑ready summaries.

Minimum Qualifications

• Optional: Weiterbildung zum Techniker (m/w/d)
• Praxiserfahrung in Inbetriebnahme, Fertigung, Test oder Reparatur elektronischer Systeme
• Sicherer Umgang mit Windows Systemen
• Grundkenntnisse in Linux von Vorteil
• Technisches Verständnis für elektronische Baugruppen und Systemzusammenhänge
• Eigenständige, strukturierte und verantwortungsbewusste Arbeitsweise
• Teamfähigkeit und ausgeprägtes technisches Problemlösungsverständnis
• Verfügbarkeit für einen zeitnahen Arbeitsbeginn von Vorteil
• Für eine direkte Arbeitsaufnahme in Deutschland ist eine gültige Arbeitserlaubnis erforderlich
