Zusammenfassung

Bosch Sensortec GmbH in Munich invites a highly skilled Digital Datex Expert to drive digital design for advanced SoCs in MEMS sensor ICs. You will define concepts, derive requirements, and integrate mixed-signal architectures while optimizing area and power across digital modules.

The role requires strong VHDL/Verilog expertise, 5+ years in IC digital design, and experience with state-of-the-art EDA tools.

Qualifikationen

• At least 5 years of professional experience in IC digital design.
• Deep understanding of VHDL and/or Verilog, with strong digital design skills.
• Experience in data signal processing and/or microcontroller subsystems is preferred.
• Knowledge of place-and-route toolchains and low-power design techniques is desirable.

• Help shape the future: You will work on leading edge development projects for MEMS consumer sensor integrated circuits
• Use your creativity and freedom: You will work on digital module-level concept definition, requirement derivation, mixed-signal architectural integration
• Integrated implementation: You design digital circuits with a focus on optimization regarding area and power
• Reliable implementation: You will be responsible for the robust design of digital circuits in controland datapath structures
• Structured evaluation: You support the product characterization and validation

Qualifications

• Experience &Expertise:At least 5 years of professional experience in IC digital design and preferably experience in data signal processing and/or microcontroller subsystems; deepunderstanding of VHDL and/ or Veriloghardware description languages, strongexpertisewithstate-of-the-artdigitaldesign EDA tools isrequired, experience indigitaldata processing andlow-powerdesigntechniques; knowledge of place-and-route toolchain is a plus
• Languages:Proficient English is mandatory;advanced German language skills are beneficial
• Education:A degree (Diploma/M.Sc.) in Electrical Engineering or an equivalent field
