Develop the business prospecting new clients and managing current accounts for existing and new products covering railway as well as renewable energy and industrial applications, ensuring sustainable business growth
Collaborate closely with the sales team, product line managers, product development teams, marketing and other BU’s
Prepare and organize key business meetings with prospective clients to develop business opportunities
Provide market feedback to product development teams and after‑sales support
Identify market opportunities in railway, industrial and renewable energy applications, guide the development of new business segments and the product roadmap
Develop, in strong cooperation with the product line managers and the sales team, business cases for individual products
Prepare product launch and market placement plans in close cooperation with marketing, sales and product line managers
Provide technical expertise, drive customer‑oriented activities, implement company’s strategies, introduce Sécheron’s products on future platforms
Analyze customer’s requests and needs, and ensure the clients get firm offers according to their needs, technical specifications, in a timely manner, for products, solutions and services
Develop the after sales services
Work in strong collaboration with other departments
Technical degree in Electrical / Electromechanical / Power Electronics Engineering or alternatively Mechanical Engineering
Excellent proficiency in German (minimum C2 level), both written and spoken, along with a strong command of English. Additional language skills are an asset
Minimum 5 years of successful technical and sales experience in an electrical equipment environment
Proven successful track record introducing power products to new international clients, thereby driving key people across the organization
Good knowledge of at least one of the following industry sectors: high voltage, railway traction systems, power transmission & distribution, renewable energy and e‑mobility
Interest and ability to understand DC and AC power systems and corresponding product needs
Excellent analytical, project management and problem‑solving skills
Outstanding communication, presentation and negotiation skills
Ability to develop convincing communication strategies based on technical rationale
Proven ability to think creatively, identify and resolve problems
Experienced to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Ready to travel regularly within Germany and Austria
