Job summary

Telekom Hamburg bietet eine dreijährige Ausbildung zum IT-Systemintegrationsexperten. Während der Ausbildung warten IT-Systeme, Netzwerke, Server- und Cloud-Lösungen auf Sie; Sie lernen, Systeme zu überwachen, Fehler zu beheben und Anwender zu unterstützen.

Zusätzlich besteht die Möglichkeit, über Bologna@Telekom neben der Ausbildung zu studieren. Die Vergütung steigt jährlich; es gibt umfassende Lernangebote, moderne Ausstattung und flexible Lernwege.

Qualifications

• Allgemeine Fach- und Lernvoraussetzungen, Abitur oder gleichwertig.
• Interesse an IT-Systemen, Netzwerken und Computertechnik.
• Begeisterung für Programmierung und math.-technische Aufgaben.
• Interesse an neuen Technologien und digitalen Medien.
• Englische Sprachkenntnisse von Vorteil.

Responsibilities

• In der Ausbildung IT-Systeme und Netzwerke betreuen und am Laufen halten.
• Server-, Netzwerk- und Cloud-Systeme einrichten.
• Systeme überwachen und Fehler beheben.
• IT-Sicherheit sicherstellen.
• Benutzer bei technischen Problemen unterstützen.
