Freudenberg Group sucht engagierte Auszubildende für eine dreijährige Ausbildung in der Produktions- und Verfahrenstechnik. Sie überwachen Anlagen, planen Arbeitsabläufe und dokumentieren Prozessschritte. Teamarbeit, technisches Verständnis, Motivation sowie Kenntnisse in Chemie und Physik sind gefragt.

Die Ausbildung erfolgt in München bzw. am Standort Bayern. Benötigt werden Schulzeugnisse, Referenzen und ggf. Zertifikate. Bewerbungsunterlagen sollten vollständig eingereicht werden.

• Dauer der Ausbildung: 3 Jahre.
• Überwachung von Maschinen und Anlagen in Produktion, Abfüllung und Verpackung chemischer Produkte.
• Planung, Kontrolle und Dokumentation von Arbeitsabläufen in der Produktion.
• Sicherstellung eines reibungslosen Ablaufs im Team.
• Zusammenarbeit mit Instandhaltung und Technischem Personal.
• Bestimmung von Materialkonstanten und Materialeigenschaften im Prozess.
• Nutzung von Computern und Prozessleittechnik für Steuerung, Datenerfassung, Dokumentation und Logistik.

Responsibilities:

• Duration of training: 3 years
• Controlling and monitoring machines and equipment for the production, filling, and packaging of chemical products
• Planning, controlling, and documenting the work steps for the production and processing of various products
• Ensuring a smooth process flow within the team
• Collaborating with technical staff for maintenance and troubleshooting
• Determining material constants and material properties during the process
• Use of computers and process control technology for device and system control, data acquisition and processing, documentation, information gathering, and for logistical and organizational purposes
• Consideration of regulations for health and environmental protection, occupational safety, plant safety, and quality assurance

Qualifications:
