Zusammenfassung

PPG in Ingersheim sucht zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt einen Application Specialist (m/w/d). Sie entwickeln, überprüfen und dokumentieren Applikationsprogramme für verschiedene Zerstäuber-Systeme und führen Qualitätskontrollen durch.

Sie arbeiten selbstständig an Produktneuentwicklungen, koordinieren Linienkorrelationen und wirken in Planungsbesprechungen mit. Erwartet wird eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Beschichtungsbereich, Weiterbildung zum Meister oder Lacktechniker.

Qualifikationen

• Abschluss als Verfahrensmechaniker/ Lacklaborant/ KFZ-Lackierer oder vergleichbares
• Weiterbildung zum Meister
• Weiterbildung zum Lacktechniker

Aufgaben

• Selbstständiges Entwickeln, Überprüfen und Dokumentieren von Applikationsprogrammen für verschiedene Zerstäuber Systeme
• Computerunterstütztes Beschichten von Nasslacken
• Durchführen von Qualitätskontrollen
• Termingerechte Prüfung von Entwicklungsprodukten gemäß Planung und Kundenspezifikationen
• Selbstständiges Erarbeiten von Applikationsmöglichkeiten hinsichtlich Produktneuentwicklungen
• Koordination und Erstellen von Linienkorrelationen
• Teilnahme an Planungsbesprechungen zur Erstellung von Anlagenbelegungsplänen
• Aktive Mitarbeit in Projekten gemäß Projektplänen

Hauptverantwortlichkeiten

• Selbstständiges Entwickeln, Überprüfen und Dokumentieren von Applikationsprogrammen für verschiedene Zerstäuber Systeme
• Computerunterstützes Beschichten von Nasslacken
• Durchführen von Qualitätskontrollen
• Termingerechte Prüfung von Entwicklungsprodukten gemäß Planung und Kundenspezifikationen
