Zusammenfassung

PPG sucht am Standort Ditzingen einen Lacklaboranten für Qualitätskontrolle. Sie prüfen Halbfabrikate, Farben und Oberflächen, optimieren Rezepturen und bearbeiten Reklamationen. Sie arbeiten selbstständig, analytisch und im Team, um Freigaben zu sichern und Kundenanfragen zu beantworten.

Sie bringen eine Ausbildung als Lacklaborant/-techniker mit, idealerweise ergänzt durch Branchenerfahrung. Ein hohes Farbsehvermögen sowie Belastbarkeit runden das Profil ab.

Qualifikationen

• Mindestens Mittlere Reife
• Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung, idealerweise als Lacklaborant / Lacktechniker oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
• Relevante Berufserfahrung in vergleichbarem Umfeld
• Sehr gutes Farbsehvermögen
• Begeisterung für selbstständiges und lösungsorientiertes Arbeiten
• Branchenerfahrung Lacke/Coatings
• Kenntnisse in farbmetrischen Prüfungen, Prüfgeräten sowie Lackierverfahren

Hauptverantwortlichkeiten

• Fertigungsbegleitende- und Warenausgangsprüfungen von Halbfabrikaten und Lacken (u. a. Auslaufzeit, elektrischer Widerstand, Festkörper, Glanzgrad, Schichtdicke, Chemikalienbeständigkeit)
• Veranlassung von Rezeptoptimierungen
• Reklamationsbearbeitung (Kontrolle von Nassrücklagen, Freigabeplatten, Prüfparametern)
• Farbtonbeurteilungen und Farbfreigaben
• Tönen von Metallic- und Unilacken
• Lackieren von Abprüf- und Musterplatten inkl. Pulver (manuell/automatisch)
• Lackieren von Muster- und Chargenfreigabeplatten am Bosch Lab Lackierautomat
• Erstellung von Abnahmeprüfzeugnissen
• Wareneingangskontrolle von Aluminiumpigmenten nach firmeneigenen Prüfspezifikationen
• Erstellung interner Reklamationen
• Bearbeitung und Beantwortung von Kundenanfragen zur Verlängerung von Produktfreigaben

Qualifikationen
