Rohm Semiconductor GmbH in Germany is seeking a marketing-oriented electrical engineering graduate to drive growth in e-powertrain and data center applications. You will analyze customer requirements, define strategy, coordinate projects, and lead product marketing across a broad portfolio of automotive power devices.

The role requires strong technical knowledge, stakeholder management, and communication skills; fluency in English and German language skills are a plus.

Qualifikationen

• Graduate in electrical engineering; business administration education is a plus.
• Experience in product/application marketing in a semiconductor company.
• Profound knowledge in e-mobility and/or data center applications and markets.
• Profound knowledge with power semiconductors.
• Ability to understand complex technical subjects and align them at engineering and management levels.
• Experience working with OEMs and Tier-ones.
• Excellent communication, presentation and organisational skills; Fluency in English; German language skills are a plus.

• Prepare and execute go-to-market plans for new products.
• Solution presentations to customers, distributors, and internal organisation.
• Support promotion activities at fairs and similar events.

Your tasks

The position is based at one of our sites in Willich, Stuttgart or Nuremberg. As part of a passionate team, you will act in a key role with a wide scope of action across a broad product portfolio. With your excellence you will drive innovative solutions to grow our e-powertrain and/or data center business. In detail:

• Analyze application requirements and provide value added solutions to customers for e-powertrain and/or data center business
• Define strategy for e-powertrain business and focus areas to support growth
• Coordinate key projects to achieve mid- and long-term business plan

Your profile

• Graduate in electrical engineering, relevant business administration education is a plus
• Adequate years of experience in (product/application) marketing in a semiconductor company
• Profound knowledge in e-mobility and/or data center applications and markets
• Profound knowledge with power semiconductors
• Competence to understand complex technical subjects with the ability to align such matters on engineering as well as on management level with internal and external stakeholders
• Experience in interaction with OEMs and Tier-ones
• Ability to capture and understand customer system requirements
• Team player with strong sense of taking initiative and drive a business opportunity
• Excellent communication, presentation and organisational skills. Fluency in English. German language skills are a plus
