To drive forward the digital transformation in municipal administration, we are looking for an Application Manager (m / f / d) with a focus on CRM / ERP / DMS. Join our IT management team full‑time, working from home or in Herten in the heart of the Ruhr area.

This will be your job...
  • As an expert in the design and further development of our IT systems, you will play a central role in our team.

You will be involved in the further development of our new CRM system based on CAS genesisWorld. You will also take on tasks in the support of related areas such as ERP (Vemas) or DMS (d.velop).

  • Coordinate and manage projects, both internally and with external partners.
  • Determine the requirements for the CRM system (and for other specialist applications) together with the respective specialist departments, then implement them and communicate the changes to the users.
  • Document the systems used and maintain the process manual.
  • Support our internal users with your technical knowledge in the selection and use of our internal tools (e.g. CRM, ERP, DMS). You will also answer queries from our external customers who use our services.
  • Carry out troubleshooting and patch / release management, and take responsibility for driving continuous improvement.
  • Play a key role in shaping the consolidation and automation of internal IT processes and contribute to operating our systems at the highest level.

  • Successfully completed a degree in business informatics or training as an IT specialist with business administration content (or a comparable qualification).
  • Initial professional experience in the support of critical applications and systems (ideally CRM, alternatively also ERP or DMS) in a medium‑sized company or with an IT service provider.
  • Experience in the support of internal specialist processes, automation (scripting) and operational monitoring.
  • Knowledge of REST‑API, JavaScript, TypeScript and SQL.
  • High level of commitment, service orientation, independent, structured work and communication skills.
  • Ideally project‑management experience and initial experience in requirements management.
