The Facility Management (FM) department with around 100 employees provides a wide range of services for the buildings with their extensive technical infrastructures for modern research and teaching on a usable area of approx. 120,000 m².
The position is located in the Building Services section of the FM department and supports the project management in the introduction and implementation of a new Computer Aided Facility Management (CAFM). The use of a powerful and comprehensive CAFM system is required for the management of space, technical and infrastructural facilities, commercial matters and the linking of user data. As the system currently in use is being completely replaced, it is necessary to select and gradually introduce a suitable successor solution. In close cooperation with the KIM (Communication, Information, Media Center) department, existing and supporting software components are being recorded, analyzed and redesigned if necessary.
