Job summary

Advantest in Germany is seeking an experienced Application Engineer to support the V93000 platform in customer environments. You will integrate V93000 systems and services, and develop, debug and optimize SoC test solutions for HPC/HSIO ASICs on the V93000 ATE.

You will create customer-specific test software and hardware, train customers, support root-cause analysis, and collaborate with the sales team on new opportunities. English required; German preferred.

Qualifications

• University degree in Electronic Engineering or equivalent.
• >3 years experience in semiconductor test business.
• Experience in SoC testing for HPC/HSIO ASICs and/or Silicon Photonics (preferred).
• Experience with Advantest V93000 / Smt8 (preferred) or similar tester platforms.
• Solid programming experience with C/C++ or Java.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Proven experience to work in customer environment and customer facing attitude.
• Willingness to travel and hold driver license.
• Fluent English (mandatory) and German (preferred).
