In this role you will drive growth through collaboration with orthodontic and dental professionals, lead customer insight collection, and ensure usability and regulatory documentation for medical devices. Hybrid work with travel to Seefeld site at least 2 days per week; relocation may be authorized, travel up to 5%.

Qualifikationen

• Orthodontist or Dentist with ortho experience, OR ortho assistant with experience, OR CDT or MDT with ortho specialization.
• Demonstrated ability to influence cross-functional teams, build alignment among stakeholders, and drive decisions to successful completion.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English and German, both written and verbal, to collaborate with global teams.

Your Skills And Expertise

To set you up for success in this role from day one, Solventum requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:

Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:

• Advanced degree in orthodontics
• Skills including statistical analysis, working knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint, Word, etc.
• Experience in a public, government or military environment

Work Location

• Hybrid Eligible (Job Duties allow some remote work but require travel to Seefeld Solventum Site at least 2 days per week).
