We are looking for an AOCS Engineer with flight‑proven experience in the design, implementation, and verification of AOCS algorithms for space missions. The role focuses on developing high‑performance attitude and pointing control, especially for missions requiring precision optical communication and fine pointing stability.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and optimize AOCSalgorithms for estimation, guidance, and control.
• Design AOCS architecture,operational modes, and sensor/actuator configurations.
• Perform modelling,simulation, and analysis, including Monte‑Carlo, worst‑case, andsensitivity studies.
• Conduct AOCS verificationthrough SIL/PIL, HIL setups, and ECSS‑compliant processes.
• Support AIT, pre‑launchreadiness activities, and in‑orbit AOCS commissioning.

Required Qualifications

• Degree in AerospaceEngineering, Control Engineering, or a related field.
• Flight‑provenAOCS experience on operational space missions.
• Hands‑onexperience developing software for AOCS of satellites.
• Must haveworked on at least two missions.
• Strong background in controltheory, spacecraft dynamics, and estimation (EKF/MEKF).
• Proficiency withMATLAB/Simulink or equivalent modelling and simulation tools.
• Familiarity with ECSS AOCSdesign and verification standards.
• Experiencelevel:10+ years, 3-5 years are also welcome

Preferred Experience

• Optical communicationterminals, PAT systems, fine‑steering mirrors, or high‑accuracy pointingsystems.
• Knowledge of reaction wheels,magnetorquers, GNSS, star trackers, and propulsion‑based AOCS.
• Missionexperience involving high pointing accuracy.
