TEKsystems is seeking a contract-level operations support professional in Coppell, TX, to handle complex retirement and brokerage operations, inquiries, and money movements. The role focuses on account maintenance, qualified retirement accounts, and life events within a Level 2 support context.

You will use CRM tools to log calls, work within a hybrid environment, and contribute to off-phone projects while delivering high-quality service to clients across several financial areas.

Qualifikationen

• 3+ years of proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• 2+ years of customer focused experience.

Description

Support a specialized financial services team handling three primary business areas: annuities, retirement plan accounts, and life events. The role focuses on operational support, account maintenance, customer inquiries, qualified retirement accounts, money movement requests, and complex service issues.

Representatives will assist clients with retirement account opening, account maintenance, transfers, and operational servicing questions. The team acts as a Level 2 support group handling more complex inquiries than the front-line Resource Center.

What you will do:

• You will quickly and thoughtfully handle complex and escalated issues from representatives and customers.
• Provide high quality support to our clients in all aspects of their business including brokerage operations, advisory accounts, transfers, direct business, etc.
• You will provide support to our clients with the navigation while using various systems associated with the broker-dealer.
• Maintain minimum call handling requirements and quality review scores while adhering to assigned work schedule.
• You will utilize the CRM (Client Relationship Management) tool to accurately record each call.
• Work independently within the team to assist callers without requiring outside help.
• You will participate in off-phone projects as required.
• Provide training support both internally and externally.
• Show an understanding of the financial services industry and our role in it.
• You will complete other duties as assigned.
