Job summary

ABOUT YOU SE & Co. KG is seeking an Analytics Engineer - Shop Analytics to design, build, and maintain robust data pipelines for shop performance and retail media reporting in Berlin.

You will collaborate with product, tech, and retail media teams to deliver automated reporting and improved attribution models. Requirements include at least 3 years of relevant experience, advanced SQL, dbt, data modeling for high-volume event data, GA4 knowledge, and cloud platforms such as BigQuery and Redshift.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of relevant analytics experience.
• Advanced SQL skills with big data query optimization.
• Experience with data transformation tools (dbt) in big data contexts.
• Data modeling expertise for high-volume event/tracking data.
• Solid frontend tracking and web analytics knowledge (GA4).
• Proficient in data orchestration and cloud platforms (Dagster/Airflow; BigQuery/Redshift).
• Experience with partitioning and clustering optimization.
• Strong independent working and project driving ability.
• Excellent cross-functional communication and collaboration.
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

• Experience with optimization techniques (partitioning, clustering)
• Strong ability to work independently and drive projects forward
• Excellent communication skills for collaborating with diverse stakeholders

Nice to Have

• In-depth knowledge of BigQuery, including cost optimization techniques and complex functionalities
