Loh Services in Monheim am Rhein is looking for a Power BI expert to join our Analytics team in a hybrid role (on-site with home office). You will design complex reports and dashboards, guide governance, and evolve our Power Platform tools while coaching business units in self-service BI. Collaboration and German/English communication are essential.

Applicants should have strong SQL skills (Snowflake/Databricks desirable) and a degree in a related field.

Qualifikationen

• Several years of Power BI expertise with strong knowledge of DAX.

Tasks

• Conceptualization and creation of complex reports, dashboards, and datasets in Power BI
• Consulting on the conceptualization and design of reporting applications for our business units in Power BI
• Establishment of a consistent, sustainable governance framework and overall further development of our Power BI platform
• Implementation and integration of the remaining Power Platform tools
• Establishment of a self-service BI environment combined with coaching for the business units responsible for report creation
• Development of simple CRUD apps for audit-compliant maintenance of database entries for business units and technical staff

Profile

• Degree in Business Informatics, Computer Science, or a comparable qualification
• Several years of Power BI expertise with very strong knowledge of DAX
• Very strong SQL and database skills required, ideally with Snowflake or Databricks
• Experience in Power BI governance (lifecycle & access control)
• Strong communication and teamwork skills, as well as experience coaching business units in the use of Power BI
• Excellent German and English language skills
