A&M’s European Valuation & Modelling Services team is dynamic and rapidly expanding, with established teams in London, Frankfurt, Amsterdam, Munich, Madrid, and Paris. The team works as a unified group across Europe, offering seamless cross‑border collaboration and exposure to international projects.

The Valuation & Modelling Services team specializes in areas such as Mergers & Acquisitions, Contentious Valuations, Complex Financial Instruments, Financial and Tax Reporting, and Business Modelling. This role offers the opportunity to work on diverse and high‑profile engagements, gain exposure to senior professionals, and develop technical and soft skills through formal training programs.

How You Will Contribute

• Work on diverse valuation and modelling engagements across Germany and Europe.
• Perform high‑quality data and valuation analyses using various methodologies.
• Engage in challenging modelling projects, including deal models and business plans.
• Write client reports and deliverables for high‑profile assignments.
• Build relationships with clients through exceptional project management and execution.
• Participate in internal networking with other service lines and external marketing events.

Qualifications

• Initial experience in valuations and modelling, gained at a Big Four firm, consulting firm, investment bank, or independent valuation firm.
• Strong educational background with a focus on Finance and/or Mathematics.
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Fluent in English and German (business level); additional European or Chinese language skills are a plus.
• Ambitious and entrepreneurial mindset, with a desire to succeed in a dynamic environment.
