Kommunalkredit Austria AG in Frankfurt is seeking an Analyst for M&A Advisory in Energy & Infrastructure to support buy-side, sell-side and capital-raising transactions. You will build financial models, perform company, industry and market research, and assist in due diligence and client materials.

The role offers exposure to cross-border infra transactions, collaboration with international teams, and opportunities to contribute to a growing energy transition advisory practice.

Qualifikationen

• 1–3 years of relevant experience in investment banking, corporate finance, transaction advisory or infrastructure finance.
• Exposure to infrastructure, energy or related sectors strongly preferred.
• Strong analytical and quantitative capabilities.
• Good understanding of financial modelling and valuation.
• Excellent Excel and PowerPoint skills.
• High attention to detail and ability to deliver high-quality work under tight deadlines.
• Intellectual curiosity, commercial mindset and strong work ethic.
• Entrepreneurial and collaborative attitude.
• Fluent German and English, both written and spoken, are essential.
• International experience or exposure to cross-border transactions is advantageous.

Your Responsibilities

Requirements

• 1–3 years of relevant experience in investment banking, corporate finance, transaction advisory or infrastructure finance; outstanding graduates with relevant infrastructure M&A internships may also be considered
• Previous exposure to infrastructure, energy or related sectors strongly preferred
• Strong analytical and quantitative capabilities
• Good understanding of financial modelling and valuation
• Excellent Excel and PowerPoint skills
• High attention to detail and ability to deliver high-quality work under tight deadlines
• Intellectual curiosity, commercial mindset and strong work ethic

According to the collective agreement, the salary for this position starts at EUR 70.000,00 euros.
