• Contribute to every stage of a transaction including pitching, bidding, negotiations with clients, structuring, and deal execution.
• Perform cash flow model analysis and develop financial model sensitivities.
• Review and analyse Due Diligence material (financial, technical, environmental, legal, and market).
• Prepare pitch books and client presentations.
• Support the deal team in preparing credit applications and memos for management approval and external communication.
• Conduct market and industry research and benchmarking analyses.

You will have an opportunity to actively participate in the structuring and execution of large‑scale complex transactions and gain first‑hand corporate and investment banking experience at a major European Bank.

• Actively contribute to every stage of a transaction including pitching, bidding, negotiations with clients, structuring, and deal execution
• Perform cash flow model analysis and develop financial model sensitivities

What we expect from you

• At least in the final year of bachelor studies in Business Administration, Economics or related areas with a focus on finance, or students with an engineering background connected to Commodity or Project Finance
• Good academic achievements in combination with extracurricular activities
• Team player with strong analytical and communication skills
• Strong MS Office skills especially in MS Excel (ideally also VBA)
• Written and spoken fluency in English, other European language skills are beneficial
• Pro‑active approach, self‑management& , and ownership of work
• Practical experience in corporate / commodity / project finance is an advantage
