Role

Investment Analysis & Execution: Conduct detailed underwriting of potential acquisitions, including financial modelling, scenario analysis, and sensitivity testing using Excel or other tools.

Prepare investment memorandums and presentations for internal review and investor committees.

Asset Management

Oversee the implementation of refurbishment measures as established in the business plan, ensuring timely execution and adherence to budgets.

Track and report key performance metrics, including internal and external reporting to stakeholders and investors, ensuring timely and transparent communication.

Collaborate with internal teams and communicate with board members to keep them informed and aligned with the project's objectives and progress.

Fund Management

Support: Assist in fund-level performance reporting and valuation updates.

Support the preparation of materials for investor relations, including quarterly reports and annual reviews.

Manage ad-hoc projects, including preparing investor presentations and supporting fundraising initiatives.

Profile

• Advanced degree in Finance, Real Estate, Economics, or a related field
• Initial work experiences in real estate investment, asset management, private equity, or investment banking.
