Job summary

Amazon Deutschland sucht am Standort Werder eine Sortiermitarbeiterin bzw. einen Sortiermitarbeiter (m/f/d) in Vollzeit/Teilzeit.

Sie laden Warensendungen auf Förderbänder, transportieren und bereiten Lieferungen für Fahrer vor und arbeiten in einem dynamischen Logistikzentrum. Zu Ihren Aufgaben gehören das Receiven von Waren, der Einsatz von Scan-Geräten, das Zusammenstellen und Verpacken von Paketen sowie der Unterstützung beim Wareneingang.

Qualifications

• Alter von 18 Jahren oder älter.
• Verständnis von Sicherheitsanweisungen und Arbeitsanforderungen.
• Deutsch- und/oder Englischkenntnisse erforderlich.

Responsibilities

• Laden von Förderbändern, Transportieren und Bereitstellen von Lieferungen für Abholer.
• Verwendung von Scannern, Computern und Handgeräten.

Salary

16.45 € gross per hour for day time shifts

Guaranteed wage adjustment after 12 months (calculated 16.45€/h gross) and 24 months(calculated 18.00€/h gross)

Shifts

We offer both full-time and part-time opportunities with fixed shift schedules to suit different lifestyles. Shift options and availabilityvary by site, but you’ll have the ability to choose your schedule later in the process.

Full-time shifts (30+ hours/week):

• Early shift: 05:45 - 13:15
• Middle shift: 09:30 - 17:00
• Late shift: 15:00 - 22:30
• Night shift: 00:15 - 10:30

Part-time shifts (18+ hours/week):

• Early shift: 10:30 - 14:00
• Middle shift: 05:30 - 13:00, 09:30 - 13:00
• Night shift: 00:15 - 10:30

Working week: Mon-Sat, 5 days, 2 Saturdays/month

Job Overview

You’ll be part of the dedicated Amazon team at the delivery station – the last stop before we deliver smilestocustomers. You’ll load conveyorbelts, and transport and stage deliveries to be picked up by drivers. Some of your duties may include

• Receive and prepare inventory for delivery
• Use technology like scanners, computers, and handheld printers
• Build, wrap, sort, and transport pallets and packages
• Receive truck deliveries of customer packages

You’ll also need to be able to

• Lift (products up to 15kg), stand, walk, push, pull, squat, bend, and reach during shifts
• View prompts on screens and follow direction for some tasks
• Use carts, dollies, hand trucks, and other gear to move items around.
• Go up and down stairs (where applicable)
• Work in an environment with varying temperatures and moving vehicles

Additional Requirements

Candidates must be 18 years or older and proficient in German and/or English, with the ability to understand and adhere to all jobrequirement and safety guidelines.
