Amazon’s Ulm delivery station is hiring a Sortation Associate (m/f/d). You will load conveyor belts, transport and stage deliveries for drivers, and join a dedicated team at the last stop before customers receive their packages.

The role offers flexible full-time or part-time shifts with fixed schedules. You’ll work with scanners, computers, and handheld printers, and must be at least 18 with proficiency in German and/or English.

Starting September 1st, our entry-level wage will increase to €17,50

Salary

16.80€ gross per hour for day time shifts

Guaranteed wage adjustment after 12 months (calculated 17.94€ /h gross) and 24 months (calculated 19.34€ /h gross)

Night Shift

• 21,84 €/h (gross) including a tax-free night bonus of 5,04 €/h for hours worked between 02:00 and 06:00am (according to the night shift policy).

Shifts

We offer both full-time and part-time opportunities with fixed shift schedules to suit different lifestyles. Shift options and availabilityvary by site, but you’ll have the ability to choose your schedule later in the process.

Full-time shifts (30+ hours/week):

• Night shift: 02:00 - 09:30

Part-time shifts (18+ hours/week):

• Early shift: 09:00 - 13:00

• Late shift: 18:00 – 22:00

• Night shift: 02:00 - 9:30

Working week: Mon-Sat, 5 days, 2 Saturdays/month

Job Overview

You’ll be part of the dedicated Amazon team at the delivery station – the last stop before we deliver smilestocustomers. Some of your duties may include

• Receive and prepare inventory for delivery

• Use technology like scanners, computers, and handheld printers

• Build, wrap, sort, and transport pallets and packages

• Receive truck deliveries of customer packages

You’ll also need to be able to

• Lift (products up to 15kg), stand, walk, push, pull, squat, bend, and reach during shifts

• View prompts on screens and follow direction for some tasks

• Use carts, dollies, hand trucks, and other gear to move items around.

• Go up and down stairs (where applicable)

• Work in an environment with varying temperatures and moving vehicles

Additional Requirements

Candidates must be 18 years or older and proficient in German and/or English, with the ability to understand and adhere to all jobrequirement and safety guidelines.
