Amazon Werne is seeking a Fulfillment Associate (m/f/d) for their Werne, NW site. The entry wage is €15.85 gross per hour, with planned increases after 12 and 24 months to €16.97 and €18.35 per hour.

Roles include receiving inventory, packing orders, loading shipments, and operating scanners in a fast-paced warehouse. Candidates must be 18+, proficient in German and/or English, and able to work fixed shifts (early, late, or night) across a 38.75-hour week.

Salary

15.85€ gross per hour for day time shifts

Guaranteed wage adjustment after 12 months (calculated 16.97€/h gross) and 24 months(calculated 18.35€/h gross)

Shifts

We offer both full-time and part-time opportunities with fixed shift schedules to suit different lifestyles. Please note that not all shifttypes are always available, and availability may include the following:

Full-time shifts (30+ hours/week):

• Early: Mon - Sat 06:30 - 15:00
• Late: Mon - Sat 15:00 - 23:30
• Night: Mon - Sat 23:30 - 06:30

Working week:

• Early & Late Shift - Swing Shift (changing on weekly basis)
• Mon - Sat working week, 5 working days, 38.75 hours per week
• Fixed shift planning, average 2 Saturdays a month

Some of your duties may include

• Receive and put away inventory
• Get customer orders ready and pack them up
• Load boxes into trucks for shipment
• Use scanners to read bar codes on products
• View prompts on screens and follow direction for some tasks
• Troubleshoot problems
• Ensure product meets quality requirements
• Operate powered industrial trucks (PIT) such as a forklift or pallet driver, and work at heights up to 13m. Equipment training andcertification are provided free of cost.

You’ll also need to be able to

• Lift up to 15kg
• View prompts on screens and follow direction for some tasks
• Stand, walk, push, pull, squat, bend, and reach during shifts
• Use carts, dollies, hand trucks, and other gear to move items around
• Go up and down stairs (where applicable)
• Work at a height of up to 13m on a mezzanine (where applicable)
• Adhere to strict safety, quality, and fulfillment production standards

Additional Requirements

Candidates must be 18 years or older and proficient in German and/or English, with the ability to understand and adhere to all jobrequirement and safety guidelines.
