Your skillset - as strong as our protein
Education:
- Completed training in the field of e-commerce or a degree in e-commerce, marketing or business development
Experience:
- At least three years of experience working with Amazon, ideally with a hybrid 1P/3P business model
- Experience in scaling international companies in matrix organizations
- In-depth experience in managing e-commerce processes with a focus on Amazon
- Project experience, especially in scaling and strategically optimizing sales channels
Professional knowledge:
- Knowledge of system architectures (SAP, APIs, middleware)
- In-depth knowledge of the B2B retail and D2C sales process
- Knowledge of working with Amazon and an understanding of operational topics such as fulfillment, pricing, data maintenance, listing processes
- Fluent German and English

Daily operations:
- Operational and strategic management of the 1P and 3P (FBM+FBA) Amazon business in an international context
- Support for smooth order processing in collaboration with relevant interfaces
- Monitoring KPIs and SLAs to improve account performance and quality, e.g. PCOGS, confirmation rates, forecasts, net PPM, ROAS or ODRs
- Processing orders, solving problems and optimizing operational processes
Data, analysis and forecasts:
- Calculation and analysis of current and historical trend data to optimally assess opportunities at the product group and SKU level and to derive recommendations for action
- Taking into account the effects of price and advertising elasticity on future planning
- Planning sales promotions and managing article availability
- Creating forecasts in the monthly volume forecast (sales, inventory, purchase orders, etc.) and reports on annual development (product groups, inventory levels, countries, etc.)
Content and Advertising:
- Organizing, maintaining and mapping master data and managing listing processes, including creating variants
- Responsibility for the cross-market launch of new products and optimization of PDP/store content and SEO data
- Ensuring and complying with tax, accounting and regulatory requirements
- Supporting and scaling projects on international sales channels with a focus on Amazon
