Audible is seeking an Airtable Specialist to modernize and rebuild its Airtable ecosystem used by content teams to acquire, produce, and program content across marketplaces.

You will design, build, and support data structures, interfaces, and automations in a live environment, coordinating with content operations and engineering across regions to ensure reliability and maintainability.

ABOUT THIS ROLE

Audible's content teams run a large, interconnected Airtable ecosystem that supports how we acquire, produce, and program content across our global marketplaces. We're seeking an Airtable Specialist to help modernize and rebuild that ecosystem: simplifying how our data flows between systems, redesigning the tools our teams use every day, and making the platform easier to trust and maintain as we grow.

You'll sit at the intersection of business and technology, working directly with our content operations teams and with our program leads to design, build, and support the Airtable systems that our Acquisition, Production, and Programming teams depend on. This is hands‑on build work: you'll architect data structures and sync relationships, design team-facing interfaces, rationalize automations, and support migrations, all within a live environment used by hundreds of people across multiple regions.

• Create clear documentation and help transfer knowledge, so the systems stay maintainable over time
