Alpha Aviation powered by AlphaConsult KG in Nürnberg is hiring an Aircraft Mechanic (m/f/d) in Production Technology to support aviation maintenance activities. The role covers manufacturing metal components, installation of systems, and repairs to aircraft structures.

A 40‑hour week and relocation support are offered. Ideal candidates have vocational training in Aircraft Mechanics with Production Technology, at least two years in Part 145 maintenance, and strong German language skills with

Qualifications

• Completed vocational training as an Aircraft Mechanic with Production Technology focus.
• Two years of aviation maintenance experience in Part 145 environment preferred.
• Independent, reliable, and quality-focused working style.
• Willingness for occasional shifts, travel within Germany and internationally.

Responsabilités

• Manufacture metal components according to specifications, SBs, and EO.
• Install and integrate components and systems into aircraft structures.
• Perform repair, maintenance and overhaul per manuals.
• Carry out riveting, bonding and welding on metal structures.
• Maintain work orders and documentation accurately.
• Ensure proper allocation and tracking of materials.

Your tasks as a Aircraft Mechanic (m/f/d) Production Technology | Aviation:

• Manufacture metal components according to manufacturer specifications, Service Bulletins, and Engineering Orders

• Install and integrate components and systems into metallic aircraft structures

• Perform repair, maintenance, and overhaul tasks in accordance with approved technical documentation and manuals

• Carry out a variety of assembly activities on metal structures, including riveting, bonding, and welding

• Complete and maintain work orders and related documentation accurately and thoroughly

• Ensure proper allocation and tracking of materials for assigned work orders

Your profile as a Aircraft Mechanic (m/f/d) Production Technology | Aviation:

• Completed vocational training as an Aircraft Mechanic (m/f/d) specializing in Production Technology, Aircraft Builder, or a comparable technical qualification
• Ideally, at least two years of professional experience in a Part 145 aviation maintenance environment
• Independent, reliable, and quality-focused working style
• Willingness to work occasional shifts and weekends when required
• Willingness to undertake occasional business travel within Germany and internationally
• Very good German language skills and good written and spoken English skills
