• Collect and interpret large datasets to support informed business decisions and improve processes.
• Collect data using Skywise from multiple sources.
• Process raw data to ensure data quality.
• Apply statistical and analytical techniques on datasets from various sources and Excel files and transition to robust Skywise databases.
• Create charts, graphs, and visual representations to communicate results clearly to users.
• Drive automation and digitalization across procurement and supply chain processes.
• Develop reports and executive dashboards to visualize spend analyses and KPIs.
• Identify levers for continuous process improvement and measure procurement performance.
• Utilize and maintain software/tools for data analysis and visualization.
• Collaborate with other teams and management to understand optimization needs.
• Interface between business functions, data ecosystem, and solutions.

You will work as Data Analyst (d/f/m) with a focus on procurement.

• Collecting, analysing and interpreting large datasets to prepare, enable, or make informed business decisions, thereby improving overall business processes
• Applying methods and approaches such as data collection on Skywise - gathering relevant datavfrom various sources
• Processing raw data to ensure data quality
• Applying statistical and analytical techniques on datasets from various source systems and Excelvfiles, and transition them into sustainable, robust database solutions in Skywise
• Creating charts, graphs, and other visual representations to effectively communicate results through clear storytelling and by providing appropriate guidance to users
• Driving and implementing automation and digitalization initiatives across all procurement and supplychain management processes
• Designing and developing comprehensive reports and executive dashboards to visualize criticalinsights, such as spend analyses and performance KPIs
• Identifying key levers for continuous process improvement and measure performance within theprocurement workflows
• Utilizing and maintaining relevant software and tools for data analysis and visualization
• Collaborating closely with other teams and management to understand optimization and informationneeds
• Acting as the interface between specific business functions, the data ecosystem, and the desiredsolution
• Actively sharing best practices, insights, and techniques with the broader data analyst communityas well as guiding and supporting the organization in adopting a data driven mindset

Your Skills and Qualifications:
