Toll Group is hiring an Air Freight Export Specialist (m/f/d) for our Frankfurt am Main location. You will independently manage air freight export shipments from A to Z, including airline bookings and documentation.

You will work in a hybrid setup with on-site duties and potential home-office days after onboarding. We welcome applicants with air freight experience and ATLAS knowledge, plus German and business English proficiency.

To strengthen our international freight forwarding team, we are looking for a motivated Air Freight Export Specialist (m/f/d) to join us at the earliest possible date at our Frankfurt am Main (Cargo City South) location.

Your Responsibilities

• End-to-End Operations: Independently organize and coordinate air freight export shipments from A to Z, including booking with international airlines.
• Customs Clearance: Prepare export accompanying documents (ABD) and issue Air Waybills (MAWB/HAWB).
• Customer Service: Prepare quotations and advise customers on freight rates, transit times, and special requirements such as dangerous goods (DGR).
• Billing & Margin Control: Process incoming invoices, prepare outgoing invoices, and monitor shipment profitability.
• Communication & Coordination: Work closely with airport service providers, customs authorities, and partners across our global network.

What You Bring

• Education: Successfully completed training as a Freight Forwarding and Logistics Services Specialist (m/f/d) or a comparable qualification.
• Experience: Initial or extensive professional experience in air freight export operations.
• Technical Knowledge: Good understanding of customs regulations (ATLAS) and ideally a valid IATA Dangerous Goods Regulations (DGR) certification.
• Languages: Excellent German skills and business-fluent English, both written and spoken.
• Mindset: Strong sense of responsibility, customer-focused attitude, and the ability to remain calm and effective in a fast-paced environment.
