EOS is seeking a professional to drive our AI transformation within Corporate Strategy, Growth & Transformation. You will analyze processes, identify AI opportunities, and translate insights into concrete concepts for cross-functional teams and the Board.

You will lead transformation projects, collaborate across Business Units, Strategy, and 25 European subsidies, and manage execution with a hands-on, stakeholder-centric approach. AI-driven culture development is central to this role.

Qualifikationen

• 2+ years of relevant experience in consulting, corporate development, strategy or startup environments.
• Fluent in German and English.
• Hands-on AI experience enabling AI-powered process improvements.

This is the job:

• You analyze business processes, identify potential for improvement and AI in operational workflows, and consistently translate these into actionable, understandable solution concepts.
• You will serve as a pivotal bridge across Business Units, Strategy, our 25 European subsidies, Management, and the Board, providing expert counsel on technological transformation strategies and their strategic implications.
• You will lead the structuring of transformation projects, foster cross‑functional collaboration and meticulously tailor analytical insights and strategic frameworks for diverse audiences, from operational teams to executive leadership.
• As a confident project manager, you will drive the execution of these strategic concepts, ensuring continuous stakeholder engagement and proactively resolving questions and challenges with a collaborative and empathetic approach.
• Ultimately, you will cultivate an AI‑driven culture by designing and delivering impactful workshop concepts to embed AI skills across international entities.

This is what you bring to the table:

• You have at least two years of relevant experience, ideally in consulting, corporate development, strategy, business development or a startup environment, and are fluent in German and English.
• You bring solid skills in business analytics, data analysis and digital transformation. You think entrepreneurially, understand business processes and are eager to improve them using Data & AI.
• You possess a critical and innovative mindset, consistently challenging existing paradigms to identify latent opportunities and novel, AI‑driven solutions. You therefore have hands‑on AI experience, enabling you to identify improvement opportunities and drive AI‑powered process enhancements.
• You stand out through strong project management, stakeholder management and analytical thinking skills, as well as confidence in using Excel and PowerPoint. You can prepare complex content in a clear and compelling way and communicate it convincingly — in writing, verbally and at executive level.
• You are assertive, work collaboratively and develop solutions together with the relevant business units.
