Your Responsibilities:

• Being a link betweentechnical roles (i.e.AIengineers,automation engineers, data scientists),businessstakeholdersandthearchitecturecommunity;
• Translate business goals into AI-powered solutions, ensuring technical feasibility through collaboration with squad leads, data scientists,AI engineers, and full stackengineers;
• Prototype and deliverPOCs quickly byleveragingcloud-based AI/ML services and third-party LLMendpoints;
• Design agent and multi-agentssolutions;
• Design the integration of the new AI solutions into our current enterprise applicationlandscape;
• Create comparative analysisand technical recommendationsacross multipleAI solutions (agentsorchestrators,open LLMs, computer vision solutions);
• Define technical standards, frameworks, and best practices for AI and MLsystems;
• Advisingbusiness stakeholderson technical vision andstrategy;
• You areinspiring and coaching thedevelopment teams to use the power of Google CloudAI services/products;
• Being constantly on the lookout for new inspiration to improve the architecture in and beyond your area of responsibility.

Required key competencies and qualifications:

• Experience inarchitectingAI-poweredproducts based onGoogle CloudPlatform;
• Experienceinanarchitect role, especially in Cloudenvironments;
• Very goodunderstanding ofa diversetechnology stack,andarchitectural approaches,to recommendappropriate softwarearchitecture and solutions to complex businessproblems;
• Youcantranslate the impact of architecture and design choices on non-functional requirements like scalability, performance,availabilityandsecurity, in the context of AI-poweredsolutions;
• You can discuss architecture principlesfor agent and multi-agentssystems;
• Being able to translate business requirements into technicalframeworks;
• A wide range ofexpertisethat includes modern operations approaches(CI/CD pipelines, logging & monitoring) in the context of AI-powered solutions(i.e.chats, agents, ML models, computer vision models);
• Inspirational attitudetowardsthe usage of AI solutions, keen on redefining how METRO works in the age ofAI;
• Collaborative leader who can bridge technical,businessand governanceteams.
• Very goodfluency in English (written and verbal).
